ABOUT ME
Brandon Kaplan is a Los Angeles-based classical and film composer. He has provided music for several short films, both live-action and animated with scores ranging from traditional orchestral to fully electronic music. Brandon has also worked under film composers Klaus Badelt (Pirates of the Caribbean, Halo Nightfall), Henry Jackman (Captain America: Civil War, Big Hero 6), and Trevor Morris (Vikings, The Tudors).
Brandon recently completed his Master of Music degree in composition at California State University, Long Beach, where his thesis composition focused on the traffic and design patterns of the Los Angeles freeway system. He also holds a BFA from Tulane University in music composition and digital media production, with a minor in architecture.
